Shani Fields

Shani Fields is an experienced public health professional and program coordinator with a strong background in training and development. Currently serving as Program Coordinator I at Health Research, Inc. since May 2022, Shani previously held roles as Clinical Service Training Coordinator at Planned Parenthood of New York City, where design and implementation of onboarding programs for new employees were primary responsibilities. Shani's extensive experience also includes a tenure at The New York Foundling, initially as a Senior Case Manager and later as Training and Development Coordinator, overseeing agency training initiatives. Shani began the career as a Social Worker at JASA, providing case assessments and advocacy for clients. Academically, Shani holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The College of New Rochelle and completed additional education at Cornell University.
