Robert Hendricks

Robert Hendricks has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Hea and as a Senior HR Manager at Health Systems Trust since January 2013. Previous roles include HR Manager positions at the College of Cape Town and Nampak, and a consultancy role from March 2000 to January 2013. Robert's expertise encompasses various HR functions such as labour law, payroll, performance management, succession planning, conflict resolution, and employee wellness. Robert holds a BTECH in HR and a Diploma in Labour Law from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, as well as additional education from the University of Cape Town.
