Gina Lim

Gina Lim has over 25 years of work experience in the field of business operations and supply chain management. Gina began their career in 1995 as a Supply Chain Analyst at Nestlé. In 1997, they moved to The Clorox Company as a Senior Demand Planning Manager, where they were responsible for demand management of several home-cleaning products. From 2002 to 2008, Lim worked at VF Corporation as an Assistant Account Sales Manager- Macy's West. During their time there, they participated in competitive market research, updated reports weekly, and prepared market line presentation decks for NY market and local buyer meetings. From 2008 to 2013, Lim worked at SunPower Corporation as a Manufacturing Program Manager- Sunpower Operations, a Supply Planning Manager- North America, and a Demand Planning Manager- North America Systems. During their time there, they managed the JIT flow of constrained photo voltaic supply to meet BU's required landed-date at project sites and maintained constrained forecast in Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP). From 2013 to 2015, Lim was the Director of Planning and Purchasing at Bentek Corporation. During their time there, they led the planning and purchasing teams to ensure accurate and continuous supply while minimizing E&O, collaborated with Operations team, and implemented S&OP from green field. Since 2017, Lim has been working at Health+Commerce as a Senior Director of Business Operations and a Director- Business Operations.

Gina Lim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
