Janet P. Gardener BSc. is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in healthcare and administrative roles. Currently employed as a Patient Access Representative at UNITED HEALTH CARE since June 2022, Janet handles patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, insurance research, and call directing. Additionally, Janet has been a mail room clerk at Robert Half since July 2020 and has held various positions at HealthAxis Group, including Senior Production Manager and Senior Product Manager.
