Lidia Roman Gonzalez, PhD, PMP, is an experienced project leader and researcher with a strong background in risk analysis and project management across various fields, including immunology, oncology, and pharmaceuticals. Currently leading projects at TNO and serving as a Director at Large for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, Lidia has previously held significant roles at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine and Weill Cornell Medicine. With a PhD in Biomedicine from Universitat de Barcelona and multiple relevant certifications, Lidia combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, effectively managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaborations with both international partners and stakeholders.
