David Harbour

David Harbour is the Chief Executive Officer for Healthcare Associates of Texas, a vibrant and growing, full-service primary care group practice with over 60 premier primary care providers serving patients from 15 locations across North Texas. Healthcare Associates of Texas is a portfolio company of Webster Capital.

Prior to joining Healthcare Associates of Texas, David served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Epic Health Services, the largest and leading provider of post-acute pediatric care continuum services in the United States.

With Epic for over 10 years, David acquired extensive operations, management, and leadership experience, ultimately serving as a senior executive. Instrumental in growing the company from $1M in revenue to over $750M in revenue, David oversaw all company operations, executed a robust M&A strategy, and drove EBITDA from $25M to $80M over a 3-year period, while cultivating leadership teams at all levels to execute a results-driven culture. In 2016, David provided integral leadership throughout sale process of Epic to Bain Capital for $950M (12X TTM EBITDA), which returned $600M post-debt to their private equity sponsor.

Throughout his career in healthcare, David has consistently demonstrated a passion for growth, leadership development, requiring the highest levels of customer service, clinical, and compliance excellence from his teams.

David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
