Rachel Boryachinskiy

Rachel Boryachinskiy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare consulting and network strategy. Serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Healthcare Deciphered since April 2015, Rachel has a proven track record in leadership roles, including as Fractional CEO at QuickMD in 2023-2024, VP of Managed Care Operations at US Fertility from 2020 to 2023, and Head of Network Development at AdaptHealth from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, Rachel held the position of Director of Network Development and Management at Evolent Health from 2013 to 2016. Rachel holds a Master’s in Health Administration and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Health Services from Gettysburg College.
