Josh House

Josh House has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Josh began their career as an Associate at Latham & Watkins, where they worked from an unspecified start date in 2009 until April 2012. Following this, they joined Gump's as a Financial Planning & Analysis professional from April 2012 to April 2013. Josh then transitioned into the field of investment banking, first as an Associate at Citi from April 2013 to January 2015, and later as a Vice President in Healthcare Investment Banking from January 2015 to April 2017. Josh then moved to Atara Biotherapeutics, where they held the positions of Director of Corporate Strategy from April 2017 to September 2018 and Senior Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development from September 2018 to September 2020. Josh then worked as Vice President of Business Development at Consonance Life Sciences Management from September 2020 to September 2021. Most recently, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Hummingbird Bioscience from September 2021 to June 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President at HealthCare Royalty, which they began in June 2023.

Josh House attended Stanford University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with honors in Public Policy. Following this, from 2005 to 2009, they attended Columbia Law School, where they earned their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law. Additionally, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Columbia Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business.
