Oluwasola Ogundare

Oluwasola Ogundare serves as the Chief Operating Officer at BlackGen Capital since June 2024, overseeing the organization’s daily operations. Concurrently, Oluwasola is a Teacher Assistant at Cornell University for several courses related to operations research and computing, and engages in undergraduate research under Professor Jamol Pender. Previous experience includes roles as a Quant Strats Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley, participating in forecast modeling in the fixed income division, and undergoing research focused on AI and Quantum Computing at IBM. Oluwasola also studied market making fundamentals at Jane Street and completed a summer externship at Citadel, where participation in a technical and financial curriculum led to a trading simulation victory. Oluwasola is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Operations Research at Cornell University, expected to graduate in May 2025.
