Joseph Poindexter

Joseph Poindexter has worked at HealthCare Access Maryland since 2010. At HCAM, Joseph has been a Mail Clerk, Medicaid Eligibility Specialist, Certified Navigator, Certified Navigator Team Leader, and Deputy Director of the Connector Program. He currently serves as the Director of the Connector Program.
