Angela (Marchese) Palermo has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Angela began their career in 2004 as an Assistant to the Department Manager at Brunschwig & Fils, where they were responsible for liaising with showroom personnel and factories, organizing sale events, and creating marketing brochures. After that, they joined M. Shanken Communications in 2006 as an Advertising Sales Assistant, where they contributed to the sales efforts of Market Watch, Impact, Wine Spectator, and Cigar Aficionado. In 2008, they were promoted to the role of Account Manager, where they increased existing and new business sales through various sales practices. Angela also maintained client relations, developed sales plans, and attended industry tradeshows and seminars. In 2011, Angela joined UBM Medica US as an Account Executive and subsequently became a Senior Account Executive in 2014, specializing in digital media sales. During their time at UBM Medica US, they successfully implemented sales plans, delivered sales presentations, and coordinated trade show arrangements. Angela then moved on to Healthline Media in 2016, taking on the role of Sales Director: DTC. In this position, they oversaw sales efforts and contributed to the company's success until November 2022. Currently, Angela is working at HealthCentral Corporation as a Sales Director, a role they started in March 2023.
Angela (Marchese) Palermo completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing at Iona University from 2000 to 2004.
