Trisha Grus

Trish has been working in the managed care contracting field since 1996. She has a wide variety of contracting experience negotiating for hospitals, home health centers, behavioral health providers, urgent care facilities, physician groups and ambulatory surgery centers. She first started in a consulting role in May 2009 before obtaining a full-time position in May 2011. As the Vice President of Managed Care Contracting, Trish provides strategic direction to their facilities along with financial and administrative assessment of managed care contracts. She works closely with corporate leaders, facility administrators and partner physicians to help identify suitable payor contracting opportunities that enhance revenue and patient access. Along with managed care, Trish has excellent knowledge in State and Federal insurance programs and is highly skilled in persuading and influencing while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
