Jerry Bacich

Jerry Bacich has over 15 years of experience in healthcare and government relations. Jerry served as the Head of Government Relations and Stakeholder Engagement at Healthdirect Australia since July 2014. Prior to that, they worked at the Australian Medicare Local Alliance as a Field Adviser for Indigenous Health Programs from February 2013 to June 2014. From 2009 to 2013, they held managerial positions at General Practice NSW, including Manager of the Care Coordination Program and Coordinator of the Australian Better Health Integration Program. Jerry Bacich also worked as a Coordinator of the Mental Health/Drug & Alcohol Program at Inner West Sydney Medicare Local from 2003 to 2009.

Jerry Bacich completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Political Science and Government at The University of Western Australia from 1988 to 1992. Jerry then pursued a Graduate Diploma in Education at the same university, graduating in 1993. Prior to that, they attended John XXIII College in Claremont W.A. from 1978 to 1983.
