Mark Cotterell

Mark Cotterell is an experienced professional in information management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Enterprise Information Manager at Healthdirect Australia since October 2016, Mark has previously held senior roles such as Information Architect at Cochlear, where responsibilities included enhancing the management of unstructured information globally. Mark's expertise extends to consulting roles, including Managing Consultant at UXC Consulting, where Mark focused on IM maturity assessments and strategy development, and Consulting Manager at Opticon, where success in the IM domain was achieved for various clients. Earlier experience includes product lifecycle management consultancy for major firms and a key role at Rolls-Royce as Business Improvement Manager.
