Ujala Sabharwal

Ujala Sabharwal has diverse work experience across various roles and companies. Ujala is currently working at HealthEdge as the Senior Director for India People, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of HR India at HealthEdge from September 2021 to April 2023, and as the Associate Director of HR India from March 2021 to August 2021.

Before joining HealthEdge, Ujala worked at Softtek as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Management from November 2013 to February 2021. Ujala also held the position of Manager India Recruitment at LanceSoft, Inc. from November 2009 to November 2013. Earlier in their career, Ujala worked at Sunview Consulting Pvt Ltd as a Sr. Technical Recruiter & Sr. Client Relations Executive from June 2008 to October 2009. Ujala also served as a Sr. HR Executive at CnV, a BA of Saffron Triton Corp Ltd from August 2007 to February 2008, and as an SEO Trainee at Sebiz Infotech, Mohali from January 2007 to July 2007.

Ujala Sabharwal completed an Executive Management Program in Human Resources Management and Services at the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2015. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2010, they pursued a PGDM-HR degree in Human Resources Management and Services at The ICFAI University, Tripura. Ujala also holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from the University of Jammu, Jammu Tawi, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007.
