Jillian Greenbaum

Jillian Greenbaum, M.A., currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Population Health at HEALTHeLINK, where responsibilities include the development of innovative population health services and leading a team focused on utilizing community health data for clinical transformation. Prior roles include Director of Provider & Network Development at Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, where Jillian established a network across 18 counties, and Director of Provider Engagement & Value Based Payment at Millennium Collaborative Care, where strategies were developed for Medicaid expansion. Jillian's experience at BlueCross BlueShield of WNY involved enhancing incentive programs and managing operations, alongside earlier roles at M&T Bank as a Relationship Banker. Jillian holds a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University at Buffalo.
