Jason Harburger

Jason Harburger has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the VP of Sales Strategy & Optimization at HealthEquity, which they began in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Edelman Financial Engines as the Senior Director of Workplace CFO from May 2019 to October 2021 and as the Director of Workplace Decision Support from March 2017 to May 2019. From 2013 to 2017, Jason worked at Santander Bank, N.A., where they held the positions of Director of Marketing Technology from June 2015 to March 2017 and Director of Mass Affluent Segment from March 2013 to June 2015. Before that, they were employed by TD Ameritrade, where they served as the Director of Retail Strategy from July 2010 to February 2013, Senior Manager of Sales Strategy from June 2007 to July 2010, and Project Manager of Business Development from July 2006 to June 2007. Jason also gained experience at Novantas as a Senior Associate from June 2004 to June 2006, the Congressional Budget Office as a Research Aide in the Long Term Modeling Group from May 2003 to August 2003, and the U.S. Department of Education as a Research Aide in the Office for Civil Rights from June 2002 to August 2002.

Jason Harburger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University in 2002. Jason then went on to obtain a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania between 2002 and 2004. In 2001, Jason also participated in a Junior Year Abroad program at the University of Oxford, focusing on Economics. In 2007, they obtained certifications in Series 7, 63, and 24 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
