Stephanie Sharpless

Stephanie (Records) Sharpless is currently working as the National Leadership Development Committee Vice Chair at NABIP since July 2023. Previously, they served as the Region II Chapter Leadership and Development Chair at NABIP from July 2021 to June 2023. Before joining NABIP, Stephanie worked as a Regional Sales Director at HealthEquity from June 2018. Prior to that, they were a Benefits Consultant at IFS Benefits, LLC from May 2014 to April 2018. Stephanie also worked as an Account Manager at Lyons Companies from December 2013 to May 2014, and as a Benefits Advisor at Delaware Employee Benefits Exchange from July 2013 to November 2013. Stephanie has experience as a Financial Services Professional at Swarthmore Financial Services from July 2012 to July 2013, and as an Agency Development Manager/Assistant District Manager at Colonial Life from November 2008 to September 2012.

Stephanie (Records) Sharpless has completed an Executive Education Women's Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they studied Behavioral Science at Wilmington University from 2006 to 2010 and Psychology at the University of Delaware from 2004 to 2006.
