Tyson Irwin

Tyson Irwin, CPA has a diverse work experience. Tyson is currently serving as the Director of Technical Accounting at HealthEquity since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ICON Health and Fitness as the Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager from August 2020 to July 2023. Additionally, Tyson has also worked as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Utah State University's Jon M. Huntsman School of Business from January 2023 to May 2023. Before transitioning to industry and academics, Tyson gained valuable experience at PwC, where they held roles as an Assurance Manager from January 2019 to August 2020 and as a Senior Assurance Associate from September 2013 to December 2018.

Tyson Irwin, CPA, holds a Master of Accounting degree from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, obtained in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from the same institution in 2012. Additionally, Tyson has acquired additional certifications including Digital Acumen from PwC and Private Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration.
