Julie Tarr

Julie Tarr is an experienced Human Resource professional with a strong background in recruitment and staffing. Currently serving as Human Resource Manager at HealthFirst since March 2023, Julie previously held the same position at Western Washington Medical Group from March 2022 to March 2023. Before that, Julie demonstrated expertise as a Senior Recruiter/Generalist/Payroll Specialist at Korry Electronics Co., where key achievements included resolving a critical recruiting issue with numerous open positions. Julie also contributed significantly at Applied Technical Services and Princess Cruises, successfully staffing new operations and hiring thousands of seasonal employees, respectively. With additional experience in various HR roles at Riverstone Residential Group and H&R Block, combined with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Central Washington University, Julie has developed a comprehensive skill set in human resources and recruitment strategies.
