Dr Chantal Hadfield

Dr Chantal (Lourenco) Hadfield serves as the Chief Operating Officer at both Healthforce.io and Kena Health since September 2021, while previously holding the position of Managing Director at Universal Care (Pty) Ltd. from May 2019 to September 2021. From June 2015 to April 2019, Dr Hadfield was the Clinical Executive Lead at PPO Serve, focusing on establishing integrated clinical consortia for clinicians in the US. Dr Hadfield's experience also includes serving as Chairperson at Medical Advisors Group (SA) and Head of Integrated Care Unit and Clinical Risk Manager at Discovery Health, where responsibilities encompassed nationwide care coordination and team management. A former General Medical Practitioner and Community Service Medical Officer, Dr Hadfield completed an MBA at GIBS Business School in 2021 and holds a Diploma in Health Economics and an MBChB from the University of Cape Town.
