Avanti Kelkar Shah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2012, Avanti worked as a Development and Communication professional at mothers2mothers. In 2013, Avanti served as a Global Health Curriculum Consultant at Timmy Global Health. As Director of Operations, Avanti managed a team of 6 and owned the implementation, maintenance, and support of product interfaces for over 1000 clients, contributing to $6M in ARR. Avanti also designed and implemented processes to support growth initiatives and decreased the average time for customer go-live.

In 2023, Avanti joined Techstars as an Operations professional. Currently, Avanti is working at Healthie as a Customer Success professional.
