Courtney Wilson, PHR, currently serves as Vice President of People Operations at HealthJoy since April 2019, having progressed through various roles including Director and Manager of People Operations. At HealthJoy, the focus is on simplifying healthcare benefits for users. Prior to this, Courtney held the position of Talent Partner at Vivid Seats LLC from February 2017 to February 2019, contributing to the growth of the largest independent online ticket marketplace. Additionally, Courtney worked at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. from July 2011 to February 2017, where responsibilities included Senior Recruiter and Human Resources Generalist. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, with a minor in Journalism and Mass Communications.
