Sarah Charles

Sarah Charles is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in hospice and clinical nursing services. Currently serving as the Clinical Regional Manager at Healthmap Solutions since October 2024, Sarah previously held positions including Improvement Coordinator/Clinical Educator at American River Hospice Services and several roles at Sutter Health, such as Hospice Quality Manager and Director of Patient Care Services. With experience that spans from clinical nursing supervisor to case management and education, Sarah's career began at Rideout Health where responsibilities included managing hospice staff and working as a registered nurse. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Nursing from the University of Arizona and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Yuba College.
