Alicia Gilbert

Alicia Gilbert serves as the Vice President of Compensation and Benefits at HealthPartners since June 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently a member of the senior leadership team at Regions Hospital, Alicia has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources, Employee Health and Wellness, and Food and Nutrition, as well as HR Director and HR Manager positions focused on compensation, benefits, and HR technology. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at United Subcontractors, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed various HR functions within a multi-state environment. Alicia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Science from St. Catherine University.
