Bror Herrick

Bror Herrick is a seasoned healthcare management professional with extensive experience in utilization management and performance improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Hospital Utilization Management at HealthPartners since April 2020, Bror is responsible for overseeing the Hospital Utilization Management Program across multiple facilities, defining strategic optimization efforts, and ensuring appropriate level of care while minimizing payer denials. Prior to this role, Bror held several key positions at Allina Health, including Director of Performance Excellence and Measurement, where accountability included labor performance benchmarking for numerous hospitals, as well as leadership roles focused on operational excellence. Bror's career commenced with an Administrative Fellowship at Allina Hospitals & Clinics. Bror holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Olaf College.
