Leslie Dockan

Leslie Dockan, RN, MHA, is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in clinic operations and primary care management. Currently serving as Vice President at HealthPartners, Leslie has a proven track record of success, previously holding the role of Vice President of Operations at Dreyer Medical Clinic, where oversight included 13 sites of care and significant financial responsibility. At Dreyer, Leslie achieved notable patient and associate satisfaction rankings and implemented effective organizational improvements through lean methodologies. Prior roles include leadership responsibilities at ThedaCare, as well as clinical roles specializing in obstetrics across various healthcare organizations.
