Jameson Bennett

Mr. Bennett has been the Senior Vice President – Medical Office Finance since February 2023. He joined Healthpeak in 2017 and previously served as Vice President – Medical Office Finance, Vice President – Investments, Vice President – Corporate FP&A and Vice President – Senior Housing Finance. Prior to joining Healthpeak, Mr. Bennett was a Senior Director at UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR), a multifamily real estate investment trust, where he served in various roles from June 2010 to August 2017. Mr. Bennett holds a Master of Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from the University of Denver. Mr. Bennett is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
