Scott A. Graziano

Scott Graziano serves as the Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Healthpeak Properties, Inc. since November 2015, where Scott leads the corporate legal team and manages various areas including corporate governance, SEC filings, compliance, and risk management. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Director and Senior Legal Counsel at Western Digital, focusing on securities and corporate governance. Their career also includes serving as Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers, representing clients in corporate matters, and as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling within the Capital Markets group. Scott earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC San Diego.
