Clark Seiling

Clark Seiling leads all financial functions in addition to all strategic efforts around fundraising, M&A, investor relations, etc. Clark also uses his background in corporate law to serve as the company’s general counsel. Prior to joining HDS, Clark spent 10+ years in Private Equity, Corporate M&A, and Venture Capital. Most recently, he formed and built the corporate venture capital function within Cardinal Health, a leading Fortune 20 healthcare company, where he led a number of investments into companies and VC funds. Prior to that, Clark spent several years as a leader on the Corporate Development team at Cardinal Health, completing a wide range of acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and investments. Before Cardinal Health, Clark began his career working on complex private equity investments at the Townsend Group, a global leader in real estate private equity. Clark graduated magna cum laude and with honors from Ohio State, with a BS in Economics and a BA in Philosophy, where he was selected for Phi Beta Kappa, before he completed his JD and MBA at Ohio State as well.
