Pamela Sullivan

Pamela Sullivan, SPHR and SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Pamela currently holds the position of Vice President Talent Management at HealthPoint (CHC) since September 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Community Health Plan of Washington from October 2011 to September 2018, where they led the design and implementation of human capital strategies. From August 2007 to October 2011, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Cutter & Buck. Before that, they held various HR roles at Providence Health & Services - WA/MT, Reed McClure Law Firm, Medalia Health Care, and Foundation Health.

Pamela Sullivan, SPHR and SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Strategic Management from California State University-Sacramento. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Six Sigma Greenbelt, Change Facilitator, LEAN from Providence Health & Services in 2006, and DDI Certified Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2005. Pamela is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
