Erica McGruder

Erica McGruder, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Founder and HR Consultant at Embrace HR Consulting since June 2023, Erica also holds the position of HR Manager at BVCAA dba HealthPoint since January 2024. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Transportation & Personnel and Acting Director of Transportation at Bryan ISD from June 2021 to January 2024, Human Resources Advisor (Employee Relations) at the City of Austin from March 2019 to May 2021, and Human Resources Generalist at the City of College Station from April 2018 to March 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Area Manager, Human Resources at SavaSeniorCare Consulting, LLC and working in Human Resources at Southwood Care Center. Erica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University and certificates in Essentials of HR Management from SHRM and Human Resources Management from the UT Center for Professional Education.
