Jonathan Hao

Jonathan Hao has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Jonathan began their career as an AV Assistant at UCLA Law School and then interned at Davicom Semiconductor Inc. in 2012. In 2013, they were a Software Developer Intern at Specific Media. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Platform Engineer at TigerConnect, where they profiled and optimized the running system in Erlang. In 2016, they were a Software Engineer at Nordstromrack.com | HauteLook, a Nordstrom Company, where they built and maintained the backend infrastructure and APIs in PHP, restructured handling of order data, and built out fraud detection using address normalization. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Software Development Engineer at Amazon. Jonathan is currently a Software Engineer at Vanta.

Jonathan Hao attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2010 to 2015 where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. In 2012, they also attended BASE for a course in Accounting and Business/Management.
