Paul Siemers is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT strategy, architecture, and digital transformation. Currently serving as the General Manager of IT Architecture & Strategy at Healthscope since February 2023, Paul leads the development of Enterprise Architecture and IT strategies. Previous roles at Melbourne Water included Manager of IT Strategy, Architecture & Innovation, Director of Digital Transformation, and acting Chief Information Officer, where Paul was instrumental in executing the organization's Digital Strategy and overseeing IT during leadership transitions. Prior roles at organizations such as ANZ, Anglo American, IBM, and PwC further solidified Paul’s expertise in aligning IT capabilities with business needs and leading strategic initiatives. Academically, Paul holds multiple degrees, including a PhD from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from Deakin University, complemented by advanced studies at prestigious institutions such as MIT and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
