Bac Palomo has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1992 at Procter & Gamble, they held a role in healthcare finance, strategy, and new business development for eight years. They then moved to GE Capital - Auto Financial Services, where they served as an e-CFO for a year. Following that, they joined GE Healthcare as the Chief Financial Officer of Clinical Services, Inc, and later became the Chief Operating Officer. In 2003, Bac Palomo joined Bank of America as a finance executive for the mortgage fulfillment and subsequently became the Chief Financial Officer of the Small Business Division. From 2005 to 2010, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Health Division at Wolters Kluwer. In 2012, they joined Intelligent Medical Objects as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Strategic Channel Development until 2017. Bac Palomo also served as a Director on the Board of Directors at HealthSignals, LLC in 2017. Finally, they took on leadership roles at RecordsOne, serving as the President and later as the CEO responsible for strategy and operations.
Bac Palomo obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy and Finance at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 1990 to 1992.
