Kate Evans, SHRM-CP, has held various roles in human resources and training at companies such as HealthSmart and TRG Customer Solutions. Kate has experience as a Team Leader in Customer Service, Operations Manager, and Supervisor. Currently, Kate is the Manager of Quality & Training at HealthSmart and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University.
