Cindy Smith

Cindy Smith serves as a Family Physician at Visiting Physicians Association and a Contract Physician at USAF. With a background in social work, Cindy has also worked as a physician at various medical facilities such as HealthSource of Ohio and Premier Health Partners. Previously, Cindy was a physician/owner at premier family medical assoc, pc. Cindy's education includes a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from NY College of Osteopathic Medicine, a Master of Social Work from Adelphi University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Iberian Studies from SUNY Stony Brook.
