Charity Rinker

Charity Rinker is an experienced healthcare and emergency services professional with a diverse background in clinical education and leadership. Currently serving as a Clinical Specialist and Clinical Engagement Specialist at HealthStream since October 2019, Charity also holds the position of Clinical Educator at West Virginia University Hospitals, Inc. since August 2019. In addition, Charity has been an Instructor at the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute since September 2012 and served as a Fire Lieutenant Paramedic with the Division of Fire Rescue Services from November 1996 to June 2017. Education includes a Master's degree in Healthcare Management from Columbia Southern University (2020-2022), a Bachelor of Science in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University (2009-2011), and an Associate's degree in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician from Frederick Community College (1999-2001).
