Lisa Muller

Lisa Muller is an experienced educator and wellness instructor specializing in art and fitness. Since September 2013, Lisa has served as an Art Teacher at Saint Christopher School, where instruction emphasizes social justice issues within the framework of Catholic Social Teachings. Concurrently, Lisa has been an instructor at Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness since September 2008, focusing on chair exercise and yoga that integrates mindfulness and meditation techniques. Additional teaching roles include yoga and fitness instruction for various organizations, including Town of Wethersfield and WOW Fitness, along with experience as a direct service provider specializing in supporting individuals with disabilities. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Transformative Leadership and Spirituality from Hartford Seminary and a Master of Social Work from the University of Connecticut, along with certification as an Art Teacher.
