Nick Lagreca

Nick LaGreca has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Nick began their career at AutoZone as a Sales representative from April 2010 to August 2011. Nick then worked as a Store Manager at Star Arms from August 2011 to May 2014.

Following this, Nick joined KPI Analytics, Inc. as a Project Manager & Data Analyst, where they managed clients, conducted data refinement, and oversaw campaigns from May 2014 to February 2015.

In 2015, Nick joined HealthTronics, Inc. and held several positions within the organization. Nick started as a Business Intelligence Analyst I from February 2015 to February 2017, where they built SQL scripts, conducted data analysis, and provided end-user support. Nick then advanced to the role of Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst II from January 2017 to January 2018, during which they designed KPIs, metrics, and reports based on data analysis.

Nick further developed their expertise at HealthTronics as a Data, Reporting and Analytics Manager from January 2018 to November 2021. In this role, they led tool, reporting, and systems development across the company and collaborated with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and provide solutions.

Currently, Nick holds the position of Director of Data and Analytics at HealthTronics, Inc. since November 2021. In this role, they are responsible for steering the organization-wide data and analytics strategy, managing resources, and ensuring successful completion of projects aligned with priorities and budget.

Nick LaGreca attended Blinn College from 2010 to 2011, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Nick then transferred to Tarleton State University and obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from 2011 to 2014.
