Subbiah Viswanathan MBA MHA (he/him/his) has worked in various roles across several companies since 2001. Subbiah started their career as a Financial Analyst at Philips Medical Systems, where they were a team lead on reporting and analysis of orders and revenues for the $1.4B Imaging Systems division. Subbiah was then promoted to Operations and Processes Manager, where they organized, managed and led company critical cross functional business excellence, operational, strategic and quality-focused initiatives. Subbiah then became a Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt & Project Manager, where they were a Program & Project Manager on company wide breakthrough projects and vital business initiatives.

In 2008, Subbiah joined Evergreen Healthcare as the Director of Operational Excellence, where they were responsible for the business process management, operational excellence management, enterprise wide deployment of strategic, cultural and operational improvement strategies & practices, mentorship & training of 3300 full time and per diem employees. In 2012, they joined Mphasis as the Associate Vice President/Global Solutions Leader & Head - Healthcare & Life Sciences, where they were responsible for the management, creation and articulation of global Healthcare & Life sciences’ technology, infrastructure and Knowledge/BPO solutions for a $100M portfolio.

In 2015, Subbiah became an Additional Director at Future Parking Private Limited, a first of its kind parking facility in south India. In 2017, they were appointed as a Board Member - Advisory Body on CII TCM Maturity Model at Confederation of Indian Industry. In 2014, they joined Apollo Hospitals as the Chief Operating Officer - Preventive Health and Chief Transformation Officer, and the Chief Operating Officer and Enterprise Head of Transformation.

In 2020, Subbiah became the Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder of HealthViewX, a global healthcare product company. As of September 2022, they have signed a strategic partnership with the California Primary Care Association and the company has successfully filed 3 patents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Subbiah Viswanathan has a diverse educational background. Subbiah obtained a Bachelor in Engineering from PSG College of Technology in Mechanical Engineering. Subbiah then went on to obtain an MBA from the University of Scranton in Finance & Management Information Systems from 1997 to 2000. Subbiah then obtained an MHA from the University of Washington in Health Administration from 2004 to 2006. In 2013, Subbiah completed a Science of Safety in Healthcare Coursework with the school of nursing from The Johns Hopkins University. Subbiah also holds a number of certifications, including The Science of Safety in Healthcare from Coursera (2013), Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute (2011), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence from American Society of Quality, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality from National Association of Healthcare Quality, Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives from American College of Healthcare Executives, Lean Sensei from Evergreen Healthcare, Six Sigma Black Belt from Philips, Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Evergreen Healthcare, and VitalSmarts Crucial Conversations Trainer from VitalSmarts.
