Tom McCarroll

Tom McCarroll has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Tom started their career in 1992 at Verizon Wireless as the Director of Labor and Employee Relations. After three years, they moved to Verizon as the Director of Regulatory Affairs. In 1999, they were promoted to Vice President of Regulatory and Government Affairs, a position they held until 2009. In 2010, they joined St. Peter's Health Partners as the Director of Business Development, where they served until 2015. Currently, they are associated with the Alliance for Better Health as the Compliance and Privacy Officer and VP of Regulatory Affairs.

Tom McCarroll has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Change and Development from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Tom also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Labor Policy from SUNY Empire State College and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from Buffalo State University. Additionally, they have obtained certification as a yoga instructor from Kripalu.
