Roberto Valle Kinloch

Roberto Valle Kinloch, PhD, PMP, serves as the Project Delivery and PMO Lead at Habitable since May 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing critical project planning and managing a tailored Project Management Office aligned with strategic objectives. Previously, Roberto was a Program Manager for the INFORMED initiative, promoting healthier building materials. With a diverse background, experience as an Independent Consultant focused on circular economy and equitable development includes advising local governments and designing educational programs. Prior roles also encompass Sustainable Business Consultant for Burt's Bees, Doctoral Researcher at NTNU, and Program Officer for the Inter-American Development Bank overseeing a $408 million National Clean Energy Program. Roberto holds a PhD in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law, an MSc in Renewable Energy, an MBA in Business Administration/Finance, and a BSc in Civil Engineering.
