Gerard Queally

Gerard Queally is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in healthcare and community services. As Managing Partner at Healthy Living for ME® since February 2019, Gerard oversees a community-centered entity focused on addressing health-related social needs through a network of community-based organizations. In addition, Gerard serves as President and CEO of Spectrum Generations, an Area Agency on Aging with over 250 employees and a budget exceeding $10 million, operating multiple community centers in central Maine. Gerard's military background includes a 29.6-year tenure with the U.S. Navy Reserve, culminating in the rank of Captain. Previously, Gerard held key financial leadership roles at Harbor Family Services and Ingraham, Inc., contributing to the fiscal and operational management of various health and social service programs. Gerard holds an MBA in Finance and Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University and a BS in Computer Science/Mathematics from the State University of New York Maritime College.
