Victoria Smyth

Victoria Smyth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications and project management within the health sector. Currently serving as the Primary Health Coordinator at Healthy North Coast since December 2021, Victoria has focused on internal communications and community engagement initiatives, including the development of a Consumer and Community Engagement Framework and a COVID-19 Staff Wellbeing Survey. Victoria previously held roles as Senior Communications Advisor at the Mental Health Commission of NSW and Senior Project Officer at the Centre for Rural & Remote Mental Health, where strategic communication and community health promotion were key responsibilities. With an educational background that includes an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management and a Bachelor of Music from Bangor University, Victoria has consistently demonstrated leadership and innovation in their roles, contributing to numerous health-related initiatives and publications.
