Pam Moser

Pam Moser has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Pam started their career in 1986 as a Quality Engineer at Armtec Defense Products. Pam then worked at Eaton Corporation from 1995 to 2010, holding various positions including Plant Manager, Product Line Manager, and Quality Manager. During their time at Eaton, they managed a manufacturing facility with $100 million in sales and 400 employees, overseeing areas such as accounting, EHS, quality, manufacturing, engineering, human resources, materials, operational excellence, and IT. Pam also served as a member of Eaton Automotive SWAT Team. After leaving Eaton, they worked as a Plant Manager at Serta Mattresses from 2011 to 2014 and at Vernay from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they co-founded Moser, LLC and served as a Co-Owner until December 2019. Most recently, they joined Healthy Pet in 2018 as the Head of West Coast Manufacturing, a position they currently hold.

Pam Moser obtained their B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha between the years 1982 and 1985. Pam further pursued their education by enrolling in the MBA Program at the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2013, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
