Ryan Henderson

With more than 20 years of experience, Ryan brings considerable organizational knowledge and design expertise to his role as Chief Operating Officer. With a focus on colleague wellbeing, operational excellence, and technological innovation, he leads a dynamic group of professional engineers, technicians, and support staff to provide high-performing engineering solutions for the clients.

Ryan is a multi-disciplinary design engineer who has performed structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for a wide range of new construction and renovation projects. His experience includes sustainable and resilient design projects in both public and private sectors, including higher education, corporate, industrial, government, laboratory, bioscience, and manufacturing facilities. He has a unique ability to address all the critical elements of multi-faceted projects and expeditiously deliver high-quality results.

Ryan enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching youth sports, tackling home renovation projects, camping, hiking, kayaking, and paddle boarding. He also volunteers with his church and serves on the planning commission for the City of Brookville.
