Crystal Rosa has over 30 years of experience in customer relations and business development within the hearing industry. Currently serving as Partner Manager and Customer Care Consultant at hear.com since September 2017, Crystal previously held several key positions at Starkey Canada from December 1989 to January 2017, including Director of Customer Relations, where managerial oversight was provided for customer service and technical operations. Crystal's career progression at Starkey Canada featured roles such as Manager of Business Development, Supervisor of Business Development, and Business Development Representative. Crystal began in sales as an Outside Sales Representative and also held the position of Accounts Payable Specialist. Crystal holds a diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Sheridan College.
