Kelly Gould

Kelly Gould has an extensive work experience spanning several decades. Kelly currently serves as the Director of Retail Operations at the Heard Museum since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the museum as the Museum Shop/Gallery Manager from September 2017 to July 2022. Before joining the museum industry, Kelly worked as a National Account Manager at ConvergeOne from 2014 to 2017. Kelly also served as an Area Sales Director at Altura Communication Solutions from 2005 to 2013 and held the position of President/CEO at Westar Networks from 2003 to 2005. In the early 2000s, Kelly worked at Enterasys Networks as the Vice President and General Manager for the Western States Area from 2001 to 2003 and as Vice President of Sales for Global & Strategic Accounts from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, they were the General Manager of Broadband Networking at Fujitsu from 1995 to 2000 and Sales Director at Asante Technologies from 1994 to 1995. Kelly began their career at Digital Equipment Corporation, where they worked in Network Integration Services from 1981 to 1994.

Kelly Gould attended the University of Maryland from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
