Brandon Wolf has extensive experience in customer support and customer experience roles. Brandon currently holds the position of Head of Customer Experience at Heard, starting in 2023. Previously, they worked at Maze as the Senior Vice President of Customer Support from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they were employed at InVisionApp Inc, where they held several roles, including Vice President of Customer Support and Product Training from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Support Lead at UW-Madison, Department of Medicine (SMPH) from 2009 to 2012 and as a Student Manager at UW-Madison, Division of Information Technology (DoIT) from 2006 to 2009. Brandon began their career as a Tech Lead at OfficeMax from 2001 to 2006.
Brandon Wolf attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2004 to 2009, where they earned two Bachelor's degrees. Brandon graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, as well as a Bachelor's degree in History.
